INVISION Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your INVISION purchase. If you're not, we're here to help you with a return.

Our Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.

How to Make a Return

1. Request a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at invisionhq@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Receive Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will send you an email with detailed instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack your item in its original packaging and use the provided shipping label to send it back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to let you know we've received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you want.

Important Notes

Final Sale Items: All items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
