Shipping policy

We're excited for you to receive your new INVISION gear! We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

• Orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day.

• Please note that order processing time is separate from the shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3-7 business days after processing.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1-3 business days after processing.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.  

4. International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping to many countries. International shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

INVISION is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

INVISION is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
